You're using an unofficial version of Filter NUTS. The one which is included in the latest NU-Tech distribution is version 2.1.0.8.

You can try version 2.3.0.11 which includes various improvements, ...

No, it's not possible to change sample rate from a NUTS.
You have to change it through the NU-Tech Settings window (Driver Tab) and select a value your hardware supports.
